CPSC Assignment 1- Introduction

Hello, my name is Ariel Andrews and I am a junior Business Management major. I am 20 years old no kids and enjoying life! I graduated from Tri- Cities High School which is located in East Point, GA. I graduated 3rd in my class because I was stripped of the title of Valedictorian because of some people I had rubbed the wrong way. Now I am a student here at Columbus State University I recently lost my 4.0 GPA and now I have a 3.7 GPA but I am working my way back up to the top. I have worked numerous places and it would probably be easier to tell you where I haven't worked rather than tell you where I have. I have been a pharmacy technician at Publix, I have worked for Chick-fil-A, I have been an office assistant, I have also done many internships on top of the many jobs /I have had. Now I am currently working two jobs. I work for Greystone company and also Columbus State University as a help desk analyst. I have many skills that include being efficient with Microsoft office, basic pharmacy knowledge, I am Georgia Work Ready certified, I am a licensed pharmacy technician, and a number of other skills I possess. My hobbies are playing sports, playing the piano, and just enjoying life and living freely. I love being on the internet and doing research but my biggest hobby is studying fertility. In addition to what I have listed above I would like to say that I am very excited about taking this course because I love to learn about computers. I would love to be a computer science major but right now that would not be possible. So far even though I have only been in this class for a few days I have learned a few things that I did not know at first. Even though I worked with computers I have learned things in this class that i have not been exposed to at work. I am very excited about taking this class and learning new things! I hope I can use the things I learn in this class in my career.
